It's great to get to know each other

About us

We love design, that’s how we got here.

At Styling Property Cyprus we work through a process with each property we stage.

We study your current property photographs and brainstorm design ideas. Each property has different needs. We look at what can be repurposed and then we pull items from our stock to mock up a room set or visit our suppliers to put together a tailor-made design for you.

We look after the installation so you’re free to focus on other priorities. Our stock is always turning over so we keep up to date with styling and design trends so we are ready to act quickly if needed! And we never need an excuse to go shopping. If you’re renting from us we’ll install and then remove our stock when the contract finishes.

We will work together with you to decide on how to move forward. Our plans might take their cue from existing furniture, or we can refine your own ideas and present some new ones. A property should work on every level and small tweaks can make a big difference.

Knowing what to prioritise in styling is important too and we can rise to any challenge. Sometimes it takes just one little detail that brings a whole room together.

And the best bit?

You can have a designer look without the designer price tag.

Welcome to Styling Property Cyprus

This is what we do.

At Styling Property Cyprus we’re not just about wafting in and fluffing a few cushions (although don’t get us wrong we love that…) we’re a professionally trained partnership who are passionate about what we do. There’s a knack to knowing what belongs where, what will be visually appealing, and what enhances or detracts in a room. For instance, use simple lines at windows, leave room for people to walk around furniture, use complementing fabrics and textures, create layers, dress rooms with the right accessories and use plants and greenery to bring indoors and outdoors together.

We know when something looks just right and exactly what it takes to make a space work and stand out online and at viewings. We’ll show you how to showcase views when looking out from indoors. We understand if you really can’t part with something and will find a way to blend it in. So whether it’s the whole property or just a few rooms we guarantee you’ll love what we can do to restyle.

So what types of accessories do we use when restyling? Here’s a few to start with:

  • Seating
  • Cushions
  • Throws
  • Rugs
  • Bed linen
  • Mirrors
  • Artwork
  • Baskets
  • Decorative items

We could go on but we don’t want to spoil all the surprise!
