About the Project
Here the owners had bought their villa as their new home. It needed decluttering and updating.
There were areas where safety was a priority (we had to install a new handrail as the previous one had been removed), reconfigure spaces (changing a twin bedroom and office area to a master suite) and select furniture, fittings and accessories to complement their lifestyle.
There were pieces of furniture that we were able to repurpose. A lick of paint and elbow grease gave them a new lease of life. Nothing that two committed stylists couldn’t handle. Walls were painted with a soft neutral to work throughout the house. Light fittings were changed around. There was nothing wrong with them. They just worked better in different places. Crisp white bedding with naturally toned accessories emphasised the calm bedroom spaces.
The final result was a clean light filled home prompting the delighted owners to say they would have paid several thousand more to purchase it if this had been its condition on viewing.
We couldn’t agree more.
Before. And, After!
